The Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, conveyed this announcement on behalf of the government. In his statement, he urged both Christians and all Nigerians to emulate the profound sacrifice and love exemplified by Jesus Christ during His crucifixion – a pivotal event in Christian theology.
