In a meeting with Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, emphasized that Nigeria’s predicaments extend beyond politics and require spiritual interventions. Pastor Adeboye acknowledged the efforts of political leaders in seeking solutions but emphasized the urgent need for divine intervention.
During the meeting at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House in Kaduna, Pastor Adeboye expressed his delight at being there again, recalling a previous visit where he prayed for kidnapped members who were miraculously rescued. He reiterated that the nation’s problems demand spiritual solutions, despite the abundance of intelligence and resources in the country.
Acknowledging the authorities’ efforts, Pastor Adeboye emphasized the need to seek the Almighty’s assistance when faced with challenges surpassing human capabilities. He emphasized that the Almighty has the power to solve all problems and mentioned ongoing efforts to support the government and parastatals, calling for divine help in addressing urgent issues.
Governor Uba Sani responded by stating that figures like Pastor Adeboye are crucial in navigating the nation towards greatness. He expressed the belief that Nigeria, in its current critical state, requires the intervention of tested individuals who have previously assisted in finding solutions to problems. Governor Sani acknowledged the challenges faced by Nigerians and the determination of President Bola Tinubu to lead the country to greater heights. He expressed confidence that with Pastor Adeboye’s intervention and prayers, the President will succeed.
Governor Sani acknowledged that the country is currently undergoing difficulties due to past events, but stressed the President’s commitment to necessary reforms. He recognized that these reforms might be challenging at this critical time, encompassing both economic and social aspects, but expressed optimism that Nigeria’s future will be brighter. The Governor extended gratitude to Pastor Adeboye for his visit to Kaduna and assured him of continued consultation for advice, wisdom, and prayers.
